                show the list of all layers and allow someone to select one, put in a filter and run it and it adds the features and zooms to their extent. It may also allow the data to be downloaded and displayed in the app or as a CSV etc. Could allow sharing the query to a uset or app. here we can take the context layer that is selected on the left (or other) and we can allow it to be filtered for display as well as allow download of the data as a CSV and so on. The icon should light up if we can interact. Also the "secondary" tab can maybe become an icon or soe other way of saving horizontal space.

                • You need an AGOL username and password to log into NetView. If you don't have one contact the support desk referencing "NetView" and ask for an AGOL username and password. Once you have this the support desk should contact the NAVI team to have your account to the appropriate group.
